Shell and Core Mixed Purpose Scheme consisting of 2 separate buildings of 9 and 11 storeys, linked by a common core and sharing 3 Underground Levels.

We created a LOD 350 (at the time 350 was the equivalent of LOD 4) Model which reflected all model elements for the interior and the exterior of the building including bespoke architectural metalwork and some intricate facade penalization.

The project was recreated for the purposes of creating comprehensive and coordinated construction documentation that was then used on site.
