BIM Strategist

We are seeking an outstanding BIM Strategist to join our team in London. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about influencing the future of architectural design through innovative BIM strategies. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping a portfolio of renowned architectural practices. Expertise in Coordination and Clash Detection is key. Besides your excellent technical skillset, you are a positive, outgoing individual with a vibrant personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment and administration of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) across a large, dynamic portfolio.
• Manage project access, permissions, and security to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Support teams in navigating the transition from legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions.
• Provide hands-on support for project teams, troubleshooting challenges and optimizing workflows.
• Lead the adoption of automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual administration.
• Conduct quality control checks to uphold data integrity and compliance with established protocols.
• Deliver training, create documentation, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure effective platform usage.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expert-level skills in BIM360/ACC
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Oustanding communication skills, with a client-facing demeanor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and development in the BIM landscape.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Outstanding communication skills - bears repeating.
