BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a hands-on BIM Coordinator to join our team in London. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about influencing the future of architectural design through innovative BIM strategies. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping a portfolio of renowned architectural practices. Expertise in Coordination and Leading a Revit-based Project is key. Besides your excellent technical skillset, you are a positive, outgoing individual with a vibrant personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies tailored to client needs.
• Manage BIM projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within specified timelines.
• Hands-on experience leading fast-paced, complex projects in Revit.
• The ability to coordinate multiple designers in various stages of their lives without hurting their feelings too much
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design challenges and provide innovative BIM solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 19650, to ensure compliance and excellence in all BIM documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expert-level skills in Autodesk Revit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Oustanding communication skills, with a client-facing demeanor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and development in the BIM landscape.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and familiarity with ISO 19650 standards is a plus
